The House

The house is furnished in a relaxed, family-friendly comfortable style.

Living Room/Dining Room

Open plan with comfortable seating. TV and DVD player as well as a radio/CD player.
There's also a selection of games, jig-saws and paperback books which you are welcome to use and contribute to. Large dining table seating 12.

Kitchen

5 burner cooker with large oven, A,erican style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee-maker and toaster, with a selection of pans and serving dishes of different sizes.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the first-floor are two twin bedrooms, one double and a bathroom with shower.
The top floor has the master bedroom with kingsize bed and large twin next door.Both of these rooms can take an extra folding bed if necessary. There is a large bathroom with bath and twin washbasins.
All bed have duvets, pillows and all linens (not towels).

Laundry

Washing machine, tumble-dryer, ironing-board and steam-iron.

The Cottage

The cottage is also furnished in a family friendly comfortable style.

Living room

Living room with sofa-bed, comfortable seating and dining table seating six, equipped with TV, Hi-Fi

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two or three single beds.
